UAW Charged With Making Illegal Threats

The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation reports that seven Philadelphia-area auto workers have filed federal charges against the UAW. The employees say that union officials not only ignored their lawful requests to leave the union during a strike, they also seized their pay illegally.

“The UAW is a repeat offender when it comes to union officials prioritizing their own power over the freedoms and well-being of workers.” – National Right to Work Foundation President Mark Mix.
