We are constantly looking for ways to acknowledge and reward our Team Members spectacular performance.

Core Values and Team Member Recognition are examples of programs designed to spotlight our shining stars.

The Core Value Awards

The Core Value Awards recognize team members, nominated quarterly, who exemplify strong attributes of excellence in our corporate core values of Customer, Challenge, Collaboration, People, and Globality.

Candidates for the award can be nominated by their managers, or even self-nominated. The award is given quarterly. See some of our past winners, below.

Team Member Recognition Program

The Team Member Recognition Program puts a spotlight on significant accomplishments in the areas of Safety, Quality, Morale, and Production. The award can also recognize those with ideas for improvement that may have not yet been implemented.

Team Member of the Year

Team Member of the Year. The top winners from The Team Recognition Program become finalists for the distinction of Team Member of the Year. This recognition award is given each year to the most outstanding achievement or idea.
